I was born and raised here in the Upper Cumberland. My roots in the area go back many generations, and I am raising my kids to appreciate that they come from this great region of the country. My family has run a local tree farm in the Dry Valley area for many years. My formative years in school were spent working on the farm and playing sports. After graduation and while attending Tennessee Tech, I worked for a regional sports based nonprofit serving in our local schools for many years. It would be my pleasure to assist you and your family in finding a new home or rental or selling your existing one.
As a property manager for the past 12 years, I have cared for a private owners’ 150+ apartments, a local 250+ unit luxury community and 100+ unit student complex. Successfully managing each set of property required conquering different challenges and gave me a broad education in the local rental market. Let me put my experience with rental property to work for you as you look to buy, sell or have your investment managed the True Blue Way with honesty and hard work.
